Checks built into every stage of production.
From incoming material documentation to post-assembly inspection, Royapak uses defined checkpoints to identify issues, verify function and support production traceability.
Inspect the process, not only the final pack.
Quality control begins before production and continues through molding, functional testing, assembly and final inspection. The specific inspection plan is matched to the packaging format and agreed customer requirements.
Our production, inspection and traceability processes are managed with reference to ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
Six checkpoints from material to finished product.
The checkpoints below describe our standard quality-control framework. Project-specific tests and acceptance criteria are confirmed separately.
Incoming material documentation
For applicable projects, we review supplier-provided documentation for the selected resin grade before it is used in production.
- Material grade and supplier documentation
- PPWR-related PFAS screening when applicable
- RoHS and BPA reports when available for the selected material
Injection molding patrol inspection
Injection-molded components are checked every four hours during production to identify variation at an early stage.
- Key dimensions
- Surface appearance
- Color consistency
Machine functional inspection
Functional checks are carried out with suitable equipment according to the packaging format and agreed project requirements.
- Liquid uptake and dispensing
- Spray or pump operation
- Output per actuation when required
Assembly inspection
During assembly, components are checked for correct matching, placement and functional condition.
- Component matching
- Assembly condition
- Functional abnormalities
100% post-assembly inspection
Every completed assembled product is visually checked before packing to identify missing or visibly defective components.
- Missing parts or material
- Missing dip tubes
- Visible appearance issues
Records and traceability
Production and inspection records support batch tracking, issue review and follow-up throughout the manufacturing process.
- Production records
- Inspection records
- Batch-related traceability
Four-hour checks during injection molding.
Our team conducts patrol inspections every four hours for injection-molded components. Dimensions, appearance and color are reviewed to help identify changes while production is still running.
Inspection findings are recorded as part of the production and quality follow-up process.
Supporting documents for selected resin grades.
For applicable projects, supplier-issued third-party reports may be available for the selected material. Documentation depends on the resin grade and project requirements.
Testing related to the PFAS content requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
Testing for applicable restricted substances under the referenced RoHS requirements.
Bisphenol A screening for the tested material grade.
