LOW-MOQ CUSTOM COSMETIC PACKAGING · GLOBAL PROJECT SUPPORT
Custom packaging development

From an idea to a pack you can hold.

Royapak supports beauty and personal care packaging projects from early structural discussion through prototyping, tooling, production and decoration.

What can be customized

One packaging system, considered as a whole.

Customization is more than changing a color. The container, closure, dispensing performance, decoration and production method need to work together. We review the project as one connected system.

01

Structure

Bottle, jar, tube and closure formats developed around the intended use.

02

Color

Component colors selected to support your visual identity and product family.

03

Decoration

Artwork and surface treatments reviewed for the chosen substrate and design.

04

Components

Pumps, sprayers, caps and inner parts coordinated as a complete packaging system.

How the project moves forward

A clear path from brief to production.

Each project is different. These six stages provide a practical framework for developing a new or customized packaging solution.

01
Define the direction

Project brief

Tell us the product format, capacity, material preference, target quantity and the experience you want the pack to create.

  • Product and formula compatibility
  • Capacity, closure and dispensing needs
  • Target market and project timing
02
Check before tooling

3D prototyping

A physical prototype helps your team evaluate the overall shape, proportions and handling before committing to production tooling.

03
Turn the concept into tooling

Mold development

After the structure is confirmed, the mold is developed and inspected so the key dimensions and matching components can be verified.

Move into production

Injection molding

Components are molded in an organized production environment with in-process checks throughout the manufacturing run.

Printing & decoration

Decoration options can be discussed around your material, artwork and desired finish, including silk screen printing and other surface treatments.
